In 1981, Greenleaf Custom Meats opened its doors with the goal of providing quality meat processing for the western Treasure Valley. Prior to coming to Greenleaf, Randy Jahn owned a retail butcher shop in Littleton, CO and had worked in the corporate and custom meat industry in Denver and Oregon. It was always his dream to own a butcher shop of his own. After a few years we expanded on our services of butchering, cutting and wrapping meat by adding additional services, including curing and smoking pork and producing all types of smoked products. We have been grateful for the opportunity to service such wonderful customers and are thankful for the business that came our way. We were blessed to have a great crew of employees that stayed with us through many busy years.
